38th Street is something else. It's kind of like the Naptown Strip version of Las Vegas...sort of. A little bit more tougher and always down to fight. 5-0 is always hiding somewhere on 38th, so you have to always keep your eyes open. Try to avoid the killer cracks on the sidewalks though. Cause if you fall, you may end up getting laughed at majorly. Not a good look kiddo.
